Back trouble

Postby sunny jim » Mon Jul 02, 2007 11:04 am

Sorry folks, but I'm off work sick for a week, and I've got a choice of daytime TV or starting a load of arguments on here, so get ready!

I've pulled a muscle in my lower back. Just been to see Dr A, whos put me on a load of painkillers that have given me the same feeling as any of the stuff I could get in a cafe in Amsterdam, and I'm just wondering if anyones got any alternative tips to sort back pain out?

Forgot to mention, I'll be watching Jeremy Kyle every morning this week, its one of those shows thats that bad its good.

When I go back to work next week I'll need some support in re-adjusting to mornings without it, so if anyone sees me around Warsop on any morning next week, can they please come over to me and say --

"You, sir, are a total disgrace"
or
"I'm fed up to the back teeth of my hard-earned taxes being wasted on keeping the likes of you supplied with scratchcards/cannabis/sex toys!"

then I'd be very grateful.

Nor could you you made yer old man do the donkey work!

Tested em out today. Only records I still have are some well-old hiphop discs from bak in the 80s when hiphop first came out, and some well cheesy Italian house from back in the day too. Gave it half an hour then decided I'd be best off sticking to the day job
