council house: discount to buy homes

Ive lived in my home for 3 years , if i was to buy it from the council how much discount would i get?

Not sure about 3yrs, but 5yrs is 35% and 20yrs is 50%, BUT there is a maximum limit on the discount of £24000

If after buying you sell before 2 years you have to pay them the discount back to

houses are still too highly priced even with discount,, my last home cost us £26000,, then council wanted it to demolish and we now rent,, so much cheaper. just wish we could afford to get back on property ladder
