Why are houses in Warsop so cheap compared to everywhere else? i've seen a very nice refurbed terriced house up at a rediculously cheap price!

I suspect the prices of houses in places like Warsop will start to rise after the floods we've had this year. The cost of insuring houses that have flooded, or those built on flood plains, will make living in them far too expensive. We didn't have that problem so I reckon dry areas like this will be more sought after.
