Not too sure at all on this one but at a guess Hetts Lane School 1930's maybe. Not too many people around to ask.

There are a few more photos of Hetts Lane in the 1930's you might be able to match some up with those. Harry Bletcher who moved to Canada recognised himself and contacted me with more, sadly his wife wrote and told me he died recently. http://www.warsopweb.co.uk/articles/wherenow/jones.htm

I recognized Phyllis Fell who went onto teach me at Junior School, she died about seven years ago and the bungalow she lived in on Cherry Grove was pulled down and a more modern one built in its place. I think Mary Lucas nee Flint is on the photo as well she was my former Headmistress and her brother is Fred Flint who bellrings

We expected my Father in Law Fred White would be on it but not too sure if he is.

I showed the photo to my father today. He immediately recognised Fred White as the tall lad standing at the back in the corner, not quite next to the teacher. They lived across the road from each other on Birkland Avenue.
