It's good to hear that MDC are putting resources into The Carrs. I think we have the Friends of the Carrs to thank for keeping the pressure on.

I believe FOC and MDC are working closely with one another now and resolved all the issues they had earlier in the year

That's good to hear and it's how it should be. I know MDC will work with us if we put in a bit of effort and that's obviously what FOC have done. Well done to all concerned.

Quote from the Chad: Warsop residents have recently received a leaflet explaining more about the council's work at The Carrs and how they can get involved with conservation projects...

Anyone seen this leaflet? I haven't.

No, I haven't seen the leaflet either. It also says it can be viewed online but the link doesn't work.

That is an excellent leaflet, well written and informative and I commend those who have put it together

I hope the partnership between Friends of Carrs and MDC continues and Warsop can only benefit from such a partnership

Looked OK this morning though I'm not sure if the fishing is any good :D
Screw the padded room, give me a trampoline floor with bubble wrapped walls and a velcro ceiling.
