Is it right pictures of the Parish Chairman without his chain of office and taken without his knowledge so he couldn't pose for them should be printed in newspapers?

What I find more shocking is that there is rumor going around that he shops at Morrisons.... when he quite clearly lives by supporting only Warsop businesses ... fluctuating between Best Kebab, Tung Kong, Blue Ocean and the Windmill.
