Warsop Carnival Volunteers are urgently needed to join the carnival committee, as well as volunteers to help on the day, Unless enough volunteers, come forward then unfortunately the 2016 carnival will have to be cancelled. If any one feels they have the time to help maintain this much loved community event then please contact Councillor Adrian Hardy adrianhardy76@aol.com

I do hope people come forward to volunteer. There's a lot involved but the more people who volunteer, the more the work can be shared out and the less work there is for each person. You don't need any specialist knowledge or skills and there's a lot of experience to be gained.

Unfortunately I can't commit any time due to work, as much as I'd like to. I really did enjoy my time on the carnival committee, hard work but well worth it as the rewards came in the form of satisfaction of seeing a plan come together and seeing so many people enjoying it on the day.
