IT'S A KNOCKOUT

Postby Katie » Mon Mar 03, 2008 11:31 am

There will again be an It's a Knockout competition during Warsop Carnival :).
If anyone would like to enter a team (teams should consist of between 6 and 10 members) please let a member of the Carnival Committee know.

Look out for the publicity about It's a Knockout. All organisations and groups are invited to enter teams of between 6 and 10, either adult or young people.

Would the forum like to enter a team of adults??

Are you and 9 of your mates up for it?

We are inviting entries from teams of 8-10 people to take part in the 'It's a Knockout' Challenge at the 2008 Warsop Carnival. Teams can be all adult or all junior.
So if your pub, club, organisation, business or group of friends would like to enter a team, have a lot of fun and take the challenge - fill in the form!
Call in at the Town Hall for an entry form or visit the website and download one. Details of the games are also on the website.
http://www.itsaknockout.com

All forms must be completed and returned to the It's a Knockout Marquee by 12 noon on the day of the event.
If possible, please let us have a copy of your entry form at the Town Hall beforehand, so we know how many teams to expect. There will be a limit to how many teams can take part in one day, so get in early to avoid disappointment! It may be possible to turn up on the day and enter but that will depend on how many teams have already registered.

Why not raise money for your charity and get your team sponsored!

I've made some A4 posters to advertise the 'It's a Knockout' event at the carnival. Can anyone take one/some round to shops etc and ask them to be put up? If so, please call in at the Town Hall for some.

Ta!

PS, we've already been round schools and pubs.

Following the great success of last year's It's a Knockout Roadshow, the team are returning to this year's carnival, so we're looking for teams to take part. The same rules for teams apply as last year. See previous posts.
