Happy New Year emails

Postby Caz » Wed Jan 02, 2013 12:08 am

Gaz, I've had about two dozen emails now from admin wishing me a Happy New Year. Others have as well. Any ideas why we're getting so many?

Oh by the way. Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone!

Sorry, it's in Gazzer's area of expertise. He's probably working but I'm sure he'll sort it as soon as he can. I can't imagine how this is happening and I'm afraid I don't know how to stop it. It's a big like and old vinyl record that's scratched!

Happy New Year!

Yes, they seem to be going out on the hour! I'm still getting them and I'm guessing Gaz is working, otherwise I'm sure he'd have stopped it by now. I've been into Admin e.mail and I can't even see it in the outbox, so I'm stumped. If I try to rectify it, I'll probably end up sending it out twice as often.

Apologies all - I have hopefully corrected the problem. This should now have be resolved instantly.

If anyone receives any further e-mails from now on (Time Now: 2120), please let me know ASAP.

Thanks Gaz. I think everyone got the message! ;)

My e.mail inbox was full of people telling me they kept getting the e.mail, as well as me having one on the hour every hour for the past 40 hours!

At least it got people talking! :D

 Thankfully, most people thought it was funny but the odd ones were getting a bit irritated, especially those with i.phones that kept going off at all hours. :D
