Mouse/Cursor problem

On a very regular basis, ie every few seconds, my cursor flicks over to the right hand side of the screen and a pop up box appears as if i have right clicked.
I then have to left click to remove the box and move my cursor back to it's origional place.

This is now driving me mad as you can't type anything, play about with photo's or in fact do anything without this happening.

I don't know which to throw through the window, is it the mouse, the keyboard or even the tower unit.
Any advice would be appreciated, such as, should i open the window first or leave it closed. Or even just throw the lot down the stairs.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

Sometimes that can happen when mice have dirty balls. Take your ball out and give it a wipe and check the wheels for grime whilst your ball's out.

Dirty balls are a real pain, make sure plenty of soap is used as well

And definitely don't wipe your balls on the curtains as women tend to blow a fuse over that, can't understand why myself.......
