If you are on option 2, 3, or 4 you get Norton av included with your broadband package.

Go to this page BT Yahoo! Online Protection, click the "Sign In to Yahoo! or BT Yahoo! Now" in the blue box on the left of the page, log in using you primary account details (main bt email address and password) then select the download option, again in the blue box.

I use the BT packages and they're good Heidi, as well as being free.

i would recommend bitdefender or kaspersky
quite cheap and there loads better than norton
norton does tend to like to slow your pc down too

I run Norton 360, yes it slows you down a bit but on that note i've NEVER had a virus and its stopped anything trying to get in etc.

Kaspersky is rated very highly in the computer mags and I think you can get a trial download. Apparently it doesn't cause performance issues like Norton can do.

Anyway, Heidi, is your new one avira or avirus?
