Caz has got the right answer .. it was 'y' ... which somebody poster ealrier though I do believe they were using the abbreviation of 'why'.


y is a welsh word meaning 'of' I do believe as in this place name Plas Y Brennan .. which I believe translates as Place of Brennan.
