This is very much a trick question

Think of the subject of the question

Ok the original question was:

Whats red pink and orange.

I'm assuming by the word 'whats' you actually mean what's which is a contraction of 'what is'.

Therefore we can read the question as:

What is red pink and orange?

Ignoring the fact that we actually need a comma to seperate red from pink the subject of the question is 'is' ... or the thing we are trying to work out ... grammatically speaking of course.

However the above could also be read as a statement:

What is red, pink and orange. ..... meaning 'What' is being described as red, pink and orange. In this instance however you do not need the question mark at the end!

But to answer the original question ..... I don't know ... lots of things could be red, pink and orange.
