Hi Bigdan, welcome to the forum.
I have lived here all my life (no i havn't, not yet anyway) and i have no intentions of going anywhere. Warsop is no worse than any other place in the country, but in many respects a lot better.
Where are you coming from and what are you looking for? this may help us to answer you in more detail :D

I currently live in (Whispers) Sutton-in-Ashfield. Originally come from Hampshire and have lived in Notts for about five years.

I have 3 kids that live with their mum (sad sad story I will tell you over a few pints once I have moved into the area) Plus a lovely girlfriend with a new son for me (adopted and thats sooo cool) that will hopefully join me in time and want to find a place I can live happily ever after.

Concerns are things like crime and the like. Does that help? and thanks for the warm welcome Mr Whitevanman

Hi BigDan welcome to the forum. Warsop has it's problems the same as any other place. But we like to think its special, and would highly recommend it. Having lived here for forty odd years i am not looking to move anywhere else.

Hi BigDan - Welcome to Warsop and welcome to the forum! This is one of the good things about the place, we have a great forum with brill members who are totally whacky most of the time and willing to help all of the time! We're planning a few beers together in the next few weeks, so maybe you'll join us!

Have you found a house in Warsop yet? I think one has just come up on our street again and that happens only once in a blue moon! We live on a very nice cul-de-sac, have lovely neighbours and no trouble. Just right for bringing up kids.
